Duties include, though are not limited to: ● Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages ● Receive and deliver incoming and prepare outgoing technology equipment deliveries and mail/shipments ● Order and maintain inventory of technology division’s tech supplies ● Submissions of vendor website tickets ● Calendar management ● Manage invoices and submit expense reports ● Maintain data entry and filing ● Coordinate travel arrangements ● Assist with needs/requests ● Other office help as required About You ● Energetic and professional disposition ● Must be a quick learner and self-starter ● Solid analytical and problem solving abilities ● Strong time management and customer service skills ● Excellent organization skills and attention to detail ● Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) and e-commerce
